These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of brixarc.com and any purchase you make from BRIXARC. BRIXARC is an online store for branded building block sets, operated by MNP Store in Mumbai, India. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Using the website
You agree to use brixarc.com only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringes the rights of others.
BRIXARC is intended for adults. If you are under 18, you may use the website and place orders only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please inform us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Products and brands
BRIXARC sells original sets from established building brands, sourced directly from the brands or through their authorized distributors. BRIXARC does not design or manufacture any products.
We make every effort to show accurate product details, including descriptions, piece counts and images. Actual product colors and packaging may differ slightly from what is shown, and brands may update their products without notice.
All brand names, product names and trademarks shown on the website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
BRIXARC accepts prepaid orders only. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, BRIXARC may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
6. Orders, In Stock and Pre-Book
Every set on BRIXARC is marked either In Stock or Pre-Book:
- In Stock sets are available in our warehouse and ready to ship.
- Pre-Book sets are sourced specifically for your order after you place it.
Delivery timelines for both are listed in our Shipping Policy and FAQs. These are estimates, and Pre-Book orders in particular may take longer if the brand or distributor faces delays.
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. BRIXARC may decline or cancel an order because of product unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
7. Cancellations and changes
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
8. Shipping and delivery
All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number and email address at checkout. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because delivery could not be completed, the cost of reshipping will be charged to you. BRIXARC is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged while being returned for these reasons.
9. Packaging
Some sets arrive factory-sealed, but most do not. To protect the contents and box during shipping, sets may be unpacked, bagged and reassembled into their original brand box before delivery. An unsealed box does not mean a set is used or not genuine. More details are available in our FAQs.
10. Returns, refunds and missing parts
All sales are final and are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact BRIXARC on WhatsApp as soon as possible after delivery. We will review each case and work with you to resolve it.
If a part is missing or damaged, BRIXARC will work with the brand or its distributor to arrange a replacement. Timelines for replacement parts depend on the brand and may vary.
11. Request a Set
Customers can use our Request a Set form to ask about sets not listed on the website. Any quote BRIXARC provides is based on availability at that time and may change until an order is confirmed and paid for.
12. Intellectual property
The BRIXARC name, logo and original content on this website, including text, graphics and design, belong to BRIXARC. Product images and brand trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any content from this website without our prior written permission.
BRIXARC is not responsible for any content from this website that is copied or republished on other websites or platforms without our authorization.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRIXARC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products purchased from it. BRIXARC's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
15. Changes to these Terms
BRIXARC may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, with the date updated at the top. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
