What is BRIXARC?
BRIXARC is an India-based online store for building block sets, made for adult builders and collectors. We sell sets from established building brands, sourced directly from the brands or through their authorized distributors.
Are the sets sold by BRIXARC genuine branded products?
Yes. Every set sold by BRIXARC is an original product from an established building brand.
Where does BRIXARC source its sets from?
BRIXARC sources sets directly from the brands we carry or through their authorized distributors. This lets us verify every product and offer better after-sales support.
How good is the quality of the brands BRIXARC sells?
The brands BRIXARC carries are chosen for their build quality, part fit, design and overall building experience. Many are well known among builders worldwide but less familiar in India.
Can I combine these sets with bricks from other brands?
Most building brands follow the standard stud-and-tube system, so parts generally fit together. Because each brand manufactures independently, a perfect fit across different brands cannot be guaranteed.

What material are the bricks made of?
The sets BRIXARC sells are made from durable, non-toxic ABS plastic, the standard material used for building bricks.
What age are these sets suitable for?
Each set carries the brand's recommended age on the box. Most sets BRIXARC sells are designed for ages 14 and above. They contain small parts and are not suitable for young children.

How do I place an order with BRIXARC?
Add the set to your cart and complete checkout on the BRIXARC website. Both In Stock and Pre-Book sets can be ordered directly on the website.
What is the difference between In Stock and Pre-Book?
In Stock sets are available in the BRIXARC warehouse and ready to ship. Pre-Book sets are not in ready stock and are sourced specifically for your order after you book them.
How long does an In Stock order take to arrive?
In Stock orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and usually delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
How long does a Pre-Book order take to arrive?
Pre-Book sets usually take 25–30 days to arrive, because each set is sourced specifically for your order.
Can BRIXARC source a set that isn't listed on the website?
Yes. Fill out the Request a Set form on the BRIXARC website with the set name, number or an image. BRIXARC will get back to you with a quote, availability and delivery details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. Please confirm your choice before placing an order.

Does BRIXARC offer Cash on Delivery?
No. BRIXARC accepts prepaid orders only.
What payment methods does BRIXARC accept?
BRIXARC accepts UPI, bank transfer and standard digital payments at checkout.
Does BRIXARC ship across India?
Yes. BRIXARC ships to locations across India.
Will I get tracking details for my order?
Yes. Tracking details are sent by email once your order is dispatched. BRIXARC ships through Shiprocket, so you'll also receive real-time delivery updates on your registered WhatsApp number.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Please check your shipping address and email carefully at checkout. If a shipment returns because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the reshipping cost is charged to the customer.
What's Inside the Box
Instructions, packaging and what comes included with each set.
Do all sets come with instructions?
Yes. Every set includes instructions, either as a printed booklet or a digital version, depending on the brand.
Do BRIXARC sets come factory-sealed?
Some sets arrive factory-sealed, but most do not. Most sets are carefully unpacked and repacked during shipping to protect the contents and the box. Every set is still delivered with its original brand box, parts and instructions.
Why aren't most sets factory sealed?
Building set boxes are easily crushed or dented during long-distance shipping. To prevent this, the supplier places the contents in a secure, labelled bag and ships the box folded flat. When the set reaches BRIXARC, we reassemble the original box, place the contents back inside and pack it securely for delivery to you. This keeps both the parts and the box in good condition.
Does an unsealed box mean the set is used or not genuine?
No. An unsealed box does not mean the set has been used or opened for any other reason. All sets sold by BRIXARC are new, original products from the brand, sourced directly or through authorized distributors. The box is unsealed only so it can be shipped safely.
Missing Parts, Damage and After-Sales Support
How we help if a part is missing or damaged, and what to do first.
Does BRIXARC help if a part is missing or damaged?
Yes. Missing or damaged parts are rare in branded sets, but if it happens, BRIXARC works with the brand or its distributor to get the part to you, so you can complete your set.
What should I do if I think a part is missing?
First, check every bag carefully, including any unnumbered ones. Most parts that seem missing turn up later in the build.
How do I report a genuinely missing or damaged part?
Message BRIXARC on WhatsApp with your order details, photos and the full list of missing parts in one message. A single list helps us arrange everything in one shipment.
How long do replacement parts take?
Timelines vary because replacement parts are arranged through the brand or its distributor. BRIXARC will keep you updated until the parts reach you.
Does BRIXARC accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. If your set arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact BRIXARC on WhatsApp right away, and we'll resolve it case by case.
Building and Display

Are these sets beginner friendly?
Some are. Smaller sets suit beginners, while large technical builds are more complex and need patience. No prior experience is needed, but it helps with bigger sets.
How long does a build take?
Small sets take a few hours. Large sets can take several days.
Are the models sturdy once built?
Yes, when built carefully. Lift large models from the base when moving them.
Are these sets meant for play or display?
Most large sets are designed mainly for display.
