BRIXARC is an online store for branded building block sets, operated by MNP Store in Mumbai, India. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information BRIXARC collects, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Information we collect
When you place an order or create an account on BRIXARC, we collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address
- Order details, such as the sets you buy and your order history
- Account details, such as your login email and password (passwords are stored securely and are not visible to us)
When you pay, your payment is processed by Razorpay. BRIXARC does not collect or store your card, UPI or bank account details.
When you fill out our Request a Set form, we collect the details you share, such as your name, contact details and the set you're looking for. This form is hosted on Google Forms.
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep a record of the conversation to help resolve your query.
When you browse our website, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies. This includes the pages you visit, time spent on the site, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at our website.
How we use your information
BRIXARC uses your information to:
- Process, ship and deliver your orders
- Send order confirmations, tracking details and delivery updates by email and WhatsApp
- Provide after-sales support, including help with missing or damaged parts
- Respond to set requests and queries
- Manage your account
- Understand how visitors use our website and improve it
- Show relevant ads on other platforms, such as Google, Facebook and Instagram
- Send promotional messages about new arrivals and offers, if you have agreed to receive them

Who we share your information with
BRIXARC does not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our store:
- Shopify: hosts our website and stores order and account data
- Razorpay: processes payments
- Shiprocket and its courier partners: ship and deliver your orders, and send delivery updates on WhatsApp
- Google Forms: hosts our Request a Set form
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console: help us understand website traffic and search performance
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads: help us measure and show ads
These providers process your information only for the services they provide to BRIXARC. Some may store or process data outside India.
We may also share information if required by law or by a government authority.
Cookies and tracking
BRIXARC uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tracking, to analyze traffic, remember your preferences and measure the performance of our ads. Marketing messages
If you agree to receive them, BRIXARC may send promotional messages by email or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Order and delivery updates will still be sent even if you opt out of marketing.
